Ieri ho partecipato a Perscara (Università di Chieti-Pescara) alla giornata conclusiva di un ciclo di seminari pensati da Lorenzo del Federico, Caterina Verrigni e Francesco Montanari dedicati alla CEDU. Ho intrattenuto i partecipanti con qualche riflessione dedicata al "giusto procedimento". Ho lasciato la presentazione con una osservazione stravagante.
