European Project Festival

Yesterday in Ferrara I delivered a presentation on how to bridge the gap between academia and labour market at the European Project festival.

My take: reject competitiveness, embrace cooperation. Unis are not intended to forge employee and managers, but to create culture, knowledge and sense of allegiance. It's a lost cause: the only ones it's worth fighting for.
