Good to be back in China, better under a Blue Sky
At the China University of Political Sciences and Law, Beijing, Chiangping District

Beijing welcomes me back in the best way possible: with a blue sky and gentle breeze.

Shortly I'll begin my seminars on European and International tax law, and I am glad to be back in the capital city of China. So much time has passed since my latest vist (right before COvid-19) and many things have changed. The OBOR project is at stake, as Italy is considering to opt out from it. I do hope this will not happen, for a number of reasons

I'll illustrate to my new students and to those who will join my occasional seminars. I am grateful to Professor Wuyao Weng who hosted me here and to the Dean who has generously supported my mobility project and appointed me as honorary visiting professor for the next few weeks.
