Bozen
The University of Bozen / Bolzano, main campus

Yesterday I have been in Bolzano, upon invitation by Luca Sabbi, a friend and associate Professor, who is teaching there and has been contributing, togetehr with Gianluigi Bizioli, to the flourishing of Bolzano as research center in teh field of taxation.

The occasion is a world-class event on permanent establishment, an ever-green topic of discussion that always attracts passionate about taxes from academia and the practice.

I presented (in Italian) on Digital PE and the possible impact of article 162, co. 2, letter f-bis of the Italian income tax code (Testo unico) on tax planning.

It was pleasant and liberating. I shared ideas and opinions I had never presented publicly, probably because I felt protected by the unique status of the province. Italian, of course, but not only.

Anyway, here is my PowerPoint and some snapshots of the memorable day. Thanks, Luca!
