A Visit from the European Humanities University
On March 26th 2026 the course o International Tax Law hosted Professor Vera Belchykava, Curator of Educational Programs (Law & Sociology), Head of the LL.M. "International Business and Trade Law" of the European Humanities University of Vilnius, Lithuania.
On the occasion, we discussed IP Law and IP Taxation in the OECD Model and beyond.
Paul Cornelius Thum, and Erasmus student attending my classes and a music enthusiast delivered a kick-off presentation on the current challenges of the Business industry, and why taxation of royalties is so much important.
